Hey, remember when . . .

A slideshow of this year’s most memorable events at DPMHS.

Aside from annual events such as World Music Day, the Spring Show and PearlCon, there were plenty of unique events that took place here and around the country this school year.

Students saw changes in the bell schedule, smoke outside from the wild fires around the valley in December and had to go through the school’s first ever active shooter drill in light of the school shooting in Parkland, Florida. Despite all the change and tragic events, students enjoyed an increase in programs available to them such as a modern rendition of “Macbeth” and a presentation of “The Importance of Being Earnest.”

Here’s a timeline of some other notable events students at DPMHS, from fall 2017 to spring 2018, had the chance to experience this year.
