PHOTOS: Arcade Day in Computer Science

Senior Julio Leal has some fun during Arcade day in Computer Science, where the students took the day to play each other’s games, designed using a program called Scratch.

Students in Leslie Hicks’ Computer Science class got to take a fun break on Friday as they wrapped up their unit on Scratch. Scratch is a computer programming language based on “blocks”, where each block has a certain action that it relays to the screen to perform.  The students created their own games with the program and then took the day to play them all to see how their efforts turned out.
