When you first walk into Pitfire Artisan Pizza you spot the counter, grab a menu and enter the line to order. As the heavenly aroma of toasted pizza crust lingers in the air, workers busily create their signature meals.

Pitfire serve pizzas the size of small plates which you can either personalize yourself or decide on the many pizzas that are offered. There are around 15 different types of pizzas that surely can satisfy a variety of taste buds. The highly recommended Burrata Pie includes tomato sauce, caramelized onions, burrata cheese, wild arugula, hazelnut and pesto, a natural favorite.

Pitfire offers salads, paninis, pastas, soups, beverages and some sweet desserts. But once you see the pizzas being made with fresh ingredients created on homemade dough right behind the counter, the pizzas easily steal the show.

In the patio music plays and a fire pit burns safely for that comfortable effect. There’s seating inside too but outside is much less stuffy and more relaxed, especially when you have music to listen to, fresh pizza to dine on and can feel the warmth of the glowing fire.
