On the second day of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 99 strike on March 22, SEIU Local 99 members continued to picket with signs expressing their demands for higher wages, bonuses and medical benefits. Picketers, which included teachers from United Teachers Los Angeles, met near the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) Region North offices around 11 a.m.
