First day of school welcomes new, returning students

Daniel Pearl Magnet High School welcomed students back to campus on Aug. 14 for the first day of the 2023-2024 school year. Students were directed by lists consisting of every student’s first period class. The first day of school, which included meeting new students and staff members, buzzed with energy as students returned to continue or begin their high school journey.
