Students cast ballots as part of California Student Mock Election program

Daniel Pearl Magnet High School held a mock election for the upcoming midterm ballot on Oct. 9
Mock elections were held on Oct. 9 in each of the house’s courtyards as part of the California Student Mock Election. The election, organized by the office of California’s Secretary of State, drew 108 votes at Daniel Pearl Magnet High School and over 55,000 votes statewide. The results can be viewed at http://studentmockelectionresults.sos.ca.gov/.
