From the remarkable camera graphics to the exceptional acting, “Thor: Ragnarok” delivers fans expectations.

Unlike its predecessors, “Thor: Ragnarok” depicts a more enchanting and comedic Thor (Chris Hemsworth from “The Huntsman: Winter’s War”), son of the king of Asgard, Odin.  Imprisoned on the planet Sakaar, Thor is placed against former ally, Hulk (Mark Ruffalo from “Now You See Me 2”), in an intense gladiator match.

Thor is forced to fight against one of Marvel’s strongest heroes without his mighty hammer. Surtur, a giant fire demon, plans to destroy Asgard with a lethal event known as Ragnarok. Now, Thor must race against time in order to reach his home, Asgard, before the villainous Hela (Cate Blanchett from “Cinderella”) and imminent Ragnarok destroy it.

Thor is joined by a phenomenal team comprised of Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson from “Creed”) and Loki (Tom Hiddleston from “Kong: Skull Island” ) on his mission to defeat Hela and stop Ragnarok. While the team embarks on their mission, they’re faced with several obstacles, leading to several action-packed and hilarious scenes.

After its release on Nov. 3, it opened with an international opening box office of about $109 million, “Thor: Ragnarok” is looking to top previous movies in the Thor franchise. The movie is directed by Taika Waititi (“What We Do In The Shadows”), who also plays Korg in the film. It is produced by Kevin Feige and based off of multiple Marvel comics. “Thor: Ragnarok” combines the hilarious antics of “Guardians of the Galaxy” and the comedic lines of “Ant-Man” into one smashing movie, worthy of a thunderous applause.

As one of the highly anticipated movies of 2017, it surely does not disappoint. With a rating of 93% on Rotten Tomatoes and 8.2/10 on IMDb, this movie received the highest rating of all other movies in the franchise.
